After working in earth retention construction in the Southern California market for almost a decade, founding principal, Dr. David Salter, recognized the need for highly competent, efficient and responsive earth retention design services that minimized design time without sacrificing quality.  Born from the desire to improve deliverable  consistency and quality, Dr. Salter established DRS Engineering in 2009 to meet the needs of owners, developers, general and specialty contractors with challenging geo-structural issues related to excavation support, slope stabilization and specialty foundations.
